Tom Curry’s red card after a bunker review was to be expected under the current laws aimed at preventing head high impact in the tackle. This aims to reduce concussion in the game and Curry could have no complaint after his head clash with Juan Cruz Mallia. Yet, based on the World Cup so far, some players, and coaches, are finding it difficult to digest the message to go low.
