Reducing Marler’s ban sends wrong message

ONCE again Joe Marler seems to have pushed the barriers of what is deemed acceptable in the game of rugby and what is not. Sledging, as it is politely called for insulting a player, his family, or anything else isn’t really something I thought about while I was playing the game.
If I am honest I can’t ever remember any of the players of the many teams I played for or against ever using that as a tactic to try and put the opposition off their game while playing.
