Maxime Lucu is a better scrum-half than Antoine Dupont for me.
That will probably sound controversial because Dupont is clearly one of the best rugby players in the world, and has been for a number of years, but I think there is a distinction between being the better rugby player and being the better scrum-half.
Dupont, below, can do things with a rugby ball that very few players in any era have been capable of.
His ability to break the line, create something from nothing and influence matches individually is extraordinary.
