Better late than never. After decades of lobbying by some – not least this column – the Lions are reportedly looking at possible future tours of France and Argentina, although they remain a bit hazy as to logistics and worryingly, there seems no intention of dropping the 12-year cycle which takes in South Africa, New Zealand and Australia.
