A HAT TRICK of tries from Will Roberts assisted Tynedale in enhancing their playoff promotion hopes, with a crucial victory.
Tynedale dominated the first half to establish a 24-0 lead by half time. Although Fylde came back strongly in the second half, Tyne hung on admirably for maximum points.
Oscar Caudle powered over from a scrum, after three minutes, before a well-judged Jake Rodgers cross-kick sent Roberts in to open his account, 11 minutes later.
