Racing 92 have emerged as favourites to sign Wales star Dan Biggar when he leaves Northampton Saints at the end of the season.
Toulon and Pau are also interested in speaking to Biggar, who is confirmed to be leaving Franklins Garden’s when his contract is up.
Racing are looking for a top-class fly-half, and Biggar’s name is near the top of their shopping list. They will look to step up in their bid to sign him in the coming weeks.
