‘Desperate’ Boks back on top of world rankings

THE Springboks are back on top of the World Rugby rankings after their shock win over the All Blacks.
Their 31-29 victory at Cbus Super Stadium on the Gold Coast in the Rugby Championship finale denied the All Blacks a clean-sweep in the competition and also knocked them off their perch as the No.1 team on the planet.
Springboks Sale scrumhalf Faf de Klerk, right, said the difference between last week and this was “desperation”.
