THIS was a tough, testing workout against worthy and tireless opponents but in the final analysis that will count for little compared with the news of a tour-ending injury to Lions skipper Alun Wyn Jones.
Jones was clearly in trouble in the seventh minute when he fell back awkwardly from a legal clear out and stayed down for an eternity clutching his left arm. And Jones is not a man who goes down for the count.
