Tom Hardwick has left Leicester Tigers

LEICESTER Tigers have drawn up a shortlist of flyhalves after parting company with Tom Hardwick.
Hardwick is set to take legal action against the Tigers, who announced his departure in a three-line statement saying he was ‘no longer a member of the club’.
The Tigers have a handful of names on their shopping list.
They start with former England international Freddie Burns who is now in Japan with Shokki Shuttles but has an offer on the table for a second spell with the Tigers. Burns, 30, spent three years in the East Midlands between 2014 and 2017 before linking up with Bath.
