SAM HILL admits it was “a kick in the teeth” that he got two weeks’ isolation instead of two winners medals.
Hill signed for Sale Sharks for the 2020/21 season from Exeter Chiefs and lockdown denied him the opportunity to leave his home city in a blaze of glory.
