Long: I couldn’t get my way at Stoop

SEAN LONG says he could return to Rugby Union one day – even though his time at Harlequins left him “frustrated”.
The ex-St Helens and Great Britain scrum-half has joined Leeds Rhinos’ coaching staff after recently ending a 15-month stint as Quins’ attack coach. Long believes he is a “better coach and probably a better person” for his time at the Stoop, but was left frustrated at not being allowed to fully impose his own ideas on Paul Gustard’s team.
