On form, Thorley deserves to start for Eddie

OLLIE Thorley’s club form makes him England’s number one winger and the Gloucester flyer should start against Ireland, says his former teacher and ex- England full-back Olly Morgan.
Morgan coached Thorley for two seasons in the sixthform at Cheltenham College and believes the 22- year-old is ready to oust some of Eddie Jones’ established wingers.
“On paper and on merit Ollie Thorley should be in that starting team against Ireland,” said Morgan, who is now director of rugby at the prestigious college.
