Wallaby wannabe O’Connor owes Sale a huge debt

I WAS interested to see James O’Connor’s comments in last week’s paper regarding his wish to return to Australia in time for the World Cup so that he can ‘bleed green and gold’.
Perhaps it would not be a bad idea if he first showed some allegiance and commitment to his current club, Sale Sharks.
According to his own twitter account, he arrived with an injury that he had hidden with self-medication, had an operation and eventually started playing again only to break down again requiring a further operation.
