Jones calls for football style coaches’ union

ENGLAND boss Eddie Jones believes that rugby coaches need a trade union to look after their interests after being impressed by football’s LMA.
The League Managers Association looks after the interests of managers in the Premier League and Football League and Jones says that rugby needs the same.
Jones was a guest at the LMA’s annual dinner last week and says that rugby is moving towards “a hire and fire” culture as happens in football.
