WARREN Gatland could not have asked or a better motivational speech for the Lions from Eddie Jones.
To tell his England players: “Ok you’ve been picked. Now go and make the Test team and win or you may not get your England shirt back” is massive.
Most coaches would have been overjoyed to have 16 players selected for but not Eddie. He wants his players to grow and improve.
