Skeldon holds nerve to earn Scots victory

SCOTLAND claimed a second win in Six Nations for the first time since 2006 by beating Italy at Broadwood Stadium on Friday night.
Scotland, who had not beaten Italy since 2009, made a slow start and trailed 12-0 after hooker Melissa Betoni crossed twice for the Azzurri.
But Scotland were quick to react in the second quarter and a line break from centre Lisa Thomson who punted the ball down the pitch enabled full-back Chloe Rollie to collect and score in the right hand corner in the 30th minute.
