The 28 year-old joined Quins in 2006 from Leeds and has since made over 180 appearances for the London club, scoring more than 50 tries.
He said: “I really am delighted. The re-signing process was done very quickly as there was never any doubt in my mind to go anywhere else. Harlequins is a club that I love; I’m very proud and honored to play for and captain the team.
“I love being here, I’m part of a great group of people and I’m really excited to have pledged my commitment to the Club for the next few years.”
