Joe Marler to make 100th appearance for Harlequins

will make his 100th appearance for tomorrow as they face in the Amlin Cup quarter-finals.
The prop, who yesterday re-signed for the club until 2016, starts at loosehead in a side that shows two changes from the victory over last weekend.
Tim Molenaar starts at outside centre and partners Jordan Turner-Hall in the single change to the backline while, in the forwards, Charlie Matthews is named with George Robson in the second row.
Rob Buchanan, who is named among the replacements with former Stade Francais winger Paul Sackey, returns from injury and will look to make his first appearance since October.
