Be brave, pick Marcus at No.9

HAVING watched Marcus Smith finish the match for England against Fiji at scrum-half last weekend, he looked a natural in the 9 shirt and was a constant threat.
England have chopped and changed at scrum-half for many years, yet may have stumbled on the answer by accident.
South Africa coach Rassie Erasmus would not be afraid to try this were he to have issues in this position, but it’s unlikely Steve Borthwick and his conservative style of coaching would be brave enough to try it.
