Time for officials to stop favouring teams in top six

ONCE again rugby referees at the top end are under scrutiny, but the people concerned appear to be bombproof as they stroll along into top games the following week and disturbingly, the people concerned are serial offenders who go undisciplined.
The European matches were a classic case with one of the top teams from the URC being allowed to feed scrums via the feet of their props, crooked throws to lineouts going unchecked and players diving off their feet into breakdowns. It was a complete lottery but the opposing teams were penalised for such activity.
