Regulate the drunks

RE THE problems with crowd drunkeness at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff and the WRFU’s failure to act as highlighted by Peter Jackson.
Can I suggest you take a look at the Stadium Regulations. As an ex-steward I think you will find that they are legally bound to ensure that spectators are entitled to enjoy the game without it being spoilt by the drunken louts. It’s a legal requirement.
