Eddie’s rolling the dice with Gleeson

YES, Wasps’ attack has been pretty good over the last couple of years but I do not understand how former Rugby League player Martin Gleeson has been fasttracked into the England coaching setup after just a few years in the Union game.
Simon Amor seemed a left-field choice when he was promoted to the attack job from the England Sevens set-up. This seems like another similar leap of faith from head coach Eddie Jones.
