Lawmakers: Take action or you will face new breakaway

AS lifelong rugby players, coaches and supporters it is criminal we’re seeing our great game going into decline.
There is obviously a big debate about concussions and the terrible long-term implications for players, but what about the amount of serious injuries that are caused around the mess we call the ‘breakdown’?
