Beware salary cap breaches

WHILE it would appear that the issue of no relegation from the Premiership is meriting more discussion, I would like to pose the following question: If there is to be no relegation from the Premiership for the foreseeable future and while it is by no means certain that Saracens get promoted and Ealing Trailfinders buy their way into the top league as has been rumoured, what happens if a Premiership side breaks the salary cap? A scenario which would not surprise me in the least. A points deduction as in Saracens’ case would be rendered totally meaningless. I mentioned probable Saracens...
