Show some humility and stop playing on defensive

WHY are our rugby correspondents so restrained when interviewing Eddie Jones? He shows no respect to them and it is their job to question him, on our behalf.
Jones seems to have such a fragile ego and always takes a hyper-defensive stance, seeing even mundane questions as an assault on his integrity. He answers every well-meant question with a snide diversion, together with a half-comical put-down as though his reputation is being torn apart.
