Fair play? I struggle to see it

A COUPLE of weeks ago a reader stated that before a Championship side could be promoted they must be financially sustainable.
Like that, there would be only one team in the Premiership – Exeter – as the others are all millions of pounds in debt. So how can these be classed as financially sustainable?
