The Cipriani puzzle needs explaining

SO Danny Cipriani is voted the best player in the Premiership by his peers yet he can’t even make the top 35 or so as selected by the England head coach.
Eddie Jones must say why he has been overlooked. If Owen Farrell gets injured there are huge question marks over George Ford’s ability to control a game. And so much for picking on form.
