YET again the Rugby Championship fixture draw is skewed towards the All Blacks. They are the only team to get three concurrent home matches. Year on year New
Zealand have three concurrent home matches. You would think that if any team was going to get such an advantage it would be the weakest side – Argentina. But no.
SANZAAR would rather give it to the strongest instead. This means that unless there’s a miracle, the Championship is all done and dusted by R4. Just once I would love to see New Zealand have to start in Argentina, followed by Australia at home and then South Africa...
