Have a Cup for Championship teams as well

REGARDING recent discussions on the Anglo-Welsh Cup, I would agree with Colin Boag that the competition certainly needs a re-vamp.
The Welsh sides do not seem interested in the competition so let them go and replace them with the Championship clubs, whose current cup competition, the British & Irish Cup, is set to finish after this season.
With Premiership clubs mostly fielding fringe and up-andcoming players, games will be fairly competitive and give the younger Premiership players the experience of playing seasoned Championship players.
