CORNISH Pirates will target a flying start to their Champ campaign when they welcome an ambitious Doncaster Knights side to the Mennaye this afternoon.
Neither side managed to reach the playoffs as Doncaster finished a largely underwhelming eighth last season, picking up just 12 wins from their 26 outings, while the Pirates finished one place above in seventh, having secured one more triumph.
