HULL Ionians have launched a £37,500 solar-panel project to curb monthly electricity bills exceeding £3,000 and protect spending on rugby, facilities and community programmes.
The club must raise £12,500, with British Gas adding £2 for every £1 donated, up to £25,000. There is sponsored social cycle from Brantingham Park on October 4 to boost the fund.
