Once again, Tier 2 nations have nothing to play for

I CAN’T get remotely excited about the Nations Championship which seems very artificial and frankly unnecessary – designed purely to perpetuate the status quo and slam the door on others – and I’m even less enthusiastic about the second tier Americas-Pacific series which sees all the Tier 2 nations told to go away and play among themselves.
