Blackheath go up as Scottish relegated

BLACKHEATH will play in the Champ next season after beating London Scottish in the Accession Final yesterday. It is the first time Blackheath – the oldest continuous rugby club in the world founded in 1858 – have been in the second tier since 1999.
Scrum-half Jordan Burns set the tempo and said: “The result means everything to the club as, after a disappointing start to the season, we gradually gained belief that we could achieve something special.”
