Nott happy to run with Cardiff pack

GEORGE Nott is thriving as a key cog in the Cardiff Rugby pack following his switch from Dragons in the summer after a decade playing in England.
Nott has made 16 appearances for the capital club this season.
Born in Bodelwyddan in Denbighshire, 30-year-old Nott started playing rugby with Mold RFC, but his time studying at the King’s School in Chester saw a change of club and country.
