PAT Lam has billed Bristol’s Champions Cup clash against holders Bordeaux-Begles at Ashton Gate today as the most important in the club’s history.
The Bears have never reached the quarter-finals, twice exiting in the last 16 stage in the early years of the decade - losing at Bordeaux-Begles in 2021.
