Cardiff lock Josh McNally – I’ve still got a lot left in the tank

Josh McNally may be 35 now, but the Wales-based lock who won one England cap in 2021 has no intention of hanging up his boots any time soon.

Josh McNally may be 35 now, but the Wales-based lock who won one England cap in 2021 has no intention of hanging up his boots any time soon.

When he was released by Bath 18 months ago, McNally did consider calling it a day, but joining Cardiff has given him a new lease of life.
He made 21 appearances last season and is eager to put in another mammoth shift this term.
“My energy is still the same,” he said. “If I play another 20 games this year, I will be over the moon.
