Wales star Dewi Lake insists he has only reached 70-80 per cent of his potential as he outlines the areas of his game he is looking to improve on.

“I just want to grow again,” says the Ospreys hooker. “I am not at the end of where I want to be in terms of my development yet. There’s a lot of room to grow, a lot of room to learn.
