Andy Farrell watched his Lions go down 22-12 to Australia in their final game down under then refused to rule out another shift as head coach.
The tourists had the series wrapped up after last weekend’s 29-26 win in Melbourne but had their hopes of a whitewash drowned in a Sydney deluge.
Lightning delayed the game for 38 minutes just after half-time and when the teams returned to the pitch the Lions were blown away.
But Farrell, who has an unbeaten record as a coach with the Lions over three series, hinted he would fancy a crack at the All Blacks in 2029.
