What is your playing background/history?
I started at Harlow Rugby Club, then played school and representative rugby for Eastern Counties and London & South East Division in the under-16s to under-18s, and under-21s. I cut my teeth in senior rugby as a young prop firstly at Blackheath FC and then London Welsh. I moved to Wasps playing with the likes of Lawrence Dallaglio, Joe Worsley, Mel Dean and Paul Volley.
