Six Nations player of the tournament, Ireland star Aoife Wafer, can’t wait to pick the brains of her new back row colleagues at Harlequins after the World Cup.

The 22-year-old flanker has won 15 caps since her debut in 2022 and was named in World Rugby’s 2024 women’s Dream Team after a standout campaign in WXV1, which included a win over reigning world champions New Zealand.
