English second tier gets rebrand to ‘Champ Rugby’

The Championship will be rebranded as ‘Champ Rugby’ from next season and with a six-team playoff system to determine the league winners.
They will then face a play-off with the Premiership’s bottom club and, should they be successful, will still have to meet strict minimum criteria to enter the top flight.
