RETURNING All Blacks star Wallace Sititi scored the winning try as table-topping Chiefs laid down a marker by beating title rivals the Crusaders in Christchurch.
Nine-cap No.8 Sititi made his first start since returning from a knee injury and the 22-year-old put in a statement performance that would have impressed New Zealand selector Scott Robertson.
Full-back Damian McKenzie scored 20 points, including a try, to lead the Chiefs to their ninth win of the campaign.
