HUDDERSFIELD booked their place in the final of the Regiona1 Championship after beating Syston in a thriller in Leicester.
Syston, who were awarded walkovers in the first two rounds, led 18-14 at half-time but the northerners overturned the deficit to win 29-25.
Huddersfield will face Oundle in the final after they were also victorious on the road, beating Brixham 31-27. It was Oundle’s first match of the tournament after two walkovers.
