SEDGLEY Park stalwart Matt Riley brought up a remarkable 450 club appearances last weekend and hopes to top offa historic year with National One survival.
The inside centre enjoyed a mini break to Tenerife this week to toast his groundbreaking one-club appearance record in the sport that continues to grow each season.
At 38, Riley has shown no signs of slowing down and his landmark day was celebrated with an important 25-10 win over relegation rivals Leicester Lions at Park Lane.
