Tommy Freeman is happy to have a crack at centre

Tommy Freeman has started all of England’s internationals this year on the wing but fancies having a crack in the centre.
Freeman was regularly used in the midfield by Northampton in the first half of last season and appeared there in the latter stages of their Champions Cup run, but he has only started at 13 once this season, scoring a try in the victory over Sale.

“It is always good to have consistent game time and it has been special for me with England this year,” said the 25-year-old Freeman who missed out on last year’s World Cup.
