Handle the expansion of Junior World Cup carefully

PLANS are afoot to reorganise World Rugby’s showpiece annual U20 competitions – the Junior World Cup and the U20 trophy – to hopefully give the participating teams and Unions more bang for their buck and a smoother player development. Nothing has been set in stone but discussions are ongoing.
