Back Jnr is finding his footballing feet

IT’S not every day that a surname synonymous with England’s World Cup triumph appears among the goalscorers for a Premier League club. Fin Back, born the year before his dad Neil went the distance in the extra-time final against Australia, joined the Nottingham Forest academy at the age of eight.
He scored the opening goal for their U21’s in the Football League Trophy tie at Morecambe the other night, not that it did his team a fat lot of good when they lost 4-2. Given the family’s tradition for tackling setbacks head-on, Fin will take that in his stride.
