MARK EVANS has taken a swipe at Top 14 and Premiership clubs for having double standards over inter national player release.
The former Harlequins and Saracens boss, who is now CEO of Super Rugby outfit Fijian Drua, was dismayed to see 15 players from those two leagues included in the Barbarians squad for yesterday’s game against the Fiji.
