JAMIE George revealed Steve Borthwick would change the habit of a lifetime on Friday night and have a beer with the lads at the end of England’s campaign. George and scrum-half Danny Care as social secretaries in the squad were charged with sorting out the entertainment post-match after the bronze medal game and Borthwick was heading out into Paris too. George said: “He said he would have a beer with us, which is huge. I played with him for five years, been coached by him for four and I might have seen him have two beers in total!”
