Defence coach Mike Forshaw has warned his players to be ready for “lightning bolts” from the Fijians when Wales open their 2023 World Cup campaign in Bordeaux tonight.
He’s told the team to expect to pick up some bruises in the critical Pool C clash – and urged them to dish some out with their strong defence.
